This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all services provided by us. All customers must comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice or refund.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on all services including shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and reseller accounts:
Illegal Content & Activities
Hosting malware, viruses, trojans, or phishing pagesDistribution of pirated software or copyrighted materialHosting content that violates Indian law or international regulationsFacilitating fraud, identity theft, or financial crimesAny activity illegal under the Information Technology Act, 2000Gambling, Betting & Lottery
Online gambling, betting, or casino websitesSports betting platforms (including fantasy sports with real-money wagering)Lottery, satta, matka, or prediction-based gambling sitesAny website facilitating real-money wagering or games of chanceThis restriction applies to **all hosting plans** including VPS and dedicated servers, as online gambling is prohibited under the Public Gambling Act, 1867 and various state lawsPharmaceutical & Regulated Goods
Unlicensed pharmaceutical or prescription drug salesWebsites selling controlled substances without valid licensesWeapons, ammunition, or explosives salesTobacco or alcohol sales without applicable licensesFinancial Fraud & Scams
Investment scams, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid schemesUnauthorized forex trading or binary options platformsFake cryptocurrency exchanges or token scamsPhishing or social engineering pages targeting financial credentialsEmail & Communication Abuse
Sending bulk unsolicited emails (spam)Email spoofing or forging headersOperating open mail relaysHarvesting email addresses without consentNetwork Abuse
Launching DDoS attacks or port scanningUnauthorized access attempts (hacking)Running network sniffers or packet capture toolsIP spoofing or ARP poisoningResource Abuse
Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permissionRunning resource-intensive background processes that affect other usersExceeding allocated bandwidth, disk, or CPU limitsUnauthorized reselling of servicesRunning proxy, VPN, or anonymization services on shared hostingTorrent trackers or piracy-facilitating platformsContent Restrictions
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to law enforcementAdult/pornographic content (unless on dedicated server with prior written approval)Content promoting violence, hate speech, terrorism, or discriminationDeceptive advertising or misleading practicesEnforcement
**First violation:** Warning and request to remedy within 24 hours**Repeated violations:** Immediate suspension without notice**Severe violations (CSAM, gambling, phishing, malware):** Immediate termination without refundWe reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts at our sole discretionSuspended accounts may request review by contacting support with a remediation planApplicable Indian Laws
