This Acceptable Use Policy governs the use of all services provided by us. All customers must comply with this policy. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without notice or refund.


Prohibited Activities


The following activities are strictly prohibited on all services including shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, and reseller accounts:


Illegal Content & Activities

  • Hosting malware, viruses, trojans, or phishing pages
  • Distribution of pirated software or copyrighted material
  • Hosting content that violates Indian law or international regulations
  • Facilitating fraud, identity theft, or financial crimes
  • Any activity illegal under the Information Technology Act, 2000

  • Gambling, Betting & Lottery

  • Online gambling, betting, or casino websites
  • Sports betting platforms (including fantasy sports with real-money wagering)
  • Lottery, satta, matka, or prediction-based gambling sites
  • Any website facilitating real-money wagering or games of chance
  • This restriction applies to **all hosting plans** including VPS and dedicated servers, as online gambling is prohibited under the Public Gambling Act, 1867 and various state laws

  • Pharmaceutical & Regulated Goods

  • Unlicensed pharmaceutical or prescription drug sales
  • Websites selling controlled substances without valid licenses
  • Weapons, ammunition, or explosives sales
  • Tobacco or alcohol sales without applicable licenses

  • Financial Fraud & Scams

  • Investment scams, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid schemes
  • Unauthorized forex trading or binary options platforms
  • Fake cryptocurrency exchanges or token scams
  • Phishing or social engineering pages targeting financial credentials

  • Email & Communication Abuse

  • Sending bulk unsolicited emails (spam)
  • Email spoofing or forging headers
  • Operating open mail relays
  • Harvesting email addresses without consent

  • Network Abuse

  • Launching DDoS attacks or port scanning
  • Unauthorized access attempts (hacking)
  • Running network sniffers or packet capture tools
  • IP spoofing or ARP poisoning

  • Resource Abuse

  • Cryptocurrency mining without explicit permission
  • Running resource-intensive background processes that affect other users
  • Exceeding allocated bandwidth, disk, or CPU limits
  • Unauthorized reselling of services
  • Running proxy, VPN, or anonymization services on shared hosting
  • Torrent trackers or piracy-facilitating platforms

  • Content Restrictions

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to law enforcement
  • Adult/pornographic content (unless on dedicated server with prior written approval)
  • Content promoting violence, hate speech, terrorism, or discrimination
  • Deceptive advertising or misleading practices

  • Enforcement


  • **First violation:** Warning and request to remedy within 24 hours
  • **Repeated violations:** Immediate suspension without notice
  • **Severe violations (CSAM, gambling, phishing, malware):** Immediate termination without refund
  • We reserve the right to remove content or disable accounts at our sole discretion
  • Suspended accounts may request review by contacting support with a remediation plan

  • Applicable Indian Laws


    This policy is enforced in compliance with:

  • Information Technology Act, 2000 (and amendments)
  • Public Gambling Act, 1867
  • Indian Penal Code (relevant sections)
  • Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023
  • NIXI/INRegistry domain policies for .IN domains
  • ICANN policies for gTLD domains

  • Reporting Abuse


    Report violations to our abuse team via the support portal or email.
