We strive to provide excellent hosting and domain services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds across our various services.


1. Money-Back Guarantee


1.1 Shared Hosting

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all shared hosting plans. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund of your hosting fees.


1.2 VPS Hosting

VPS hosting services include a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation. Due to the dedicated resources allocated, the refund window is shorter than shared hosting.


1.3 Dedicated Servers

Dedicated servers include a 48-hour money-back guarantee from the time of server delivery. This limited window reflects the significant hardware and setup costs involved.


1.4 Reseller Hosting

Reseller hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee similar to shared hosting.


2. Non-Refundable Services


The following services are NOT eligible for refunds under any circumstances:


2.1 Domain Registrations

  • New domain registrations
  • Domain renewals
  • Domain transfers
  • Premium domain purchases
  • Domain redemption fees

  • Reason: Domain fees are paid to registries and are non-refundable once processed.


    2.2 SSL Certificates

  • All SSL certificate purchases
  • SSL renewals

  • Reason: SSL certificates are issued by Certificate Authorities and cannot be "returned."


    2.3 Add-On Services

  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • Domain privacy/WHOIS protection
  • Email marketing credits
  • SEO tools and subscriptions
  • Backup services (if used)
  • Malware scanning services

  • 2.4 Setup Fees

    Any one-time setup fees are non-refundable once the service has been provisioned.


    2.5 Administrative Fees

  • Account reactivation fees
  • Late payment fees
  • Resource overage charges

  • 3. Refund Eligibility Requirements


    To be eligible for a refund, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:


    3.1 Time Frame

  • Request must be within the applicable money-back guarantee period
  • Period starts from the date of initial purchase (not renewal date)

  • 3.2 First-Time Purchase

    The money-back guarantee applies only to:

  • First-time purchases of a specific service
  • New customers

  • 3.3 Account Standing

    Your account must be in good standing:

  • No Acceptable Use Policy violations
  • No Terms of Service violations
  • No fraudulent activity
  • No chargebacks filed

  • 3.4 Payment Method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Credit card refunds: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 3-5 business days
  • Bank transfers: 7-14 business days

  • 4. Partial Refunds


    4.1 Hosting Upgrades

    If you upgrade your hosting plan and later request a refund within the guarantee period, only the original plan price will be refunded.


    4.2 Bundled Services

    For packages that include multiple services (hosting + domain + SSL), only the refundable portions will be refunded. Domain and SSL costs will be deducted.


    4.3 Promotional Pricing

  • Refunds are based on the actual amount paid
  • "Free" items included in promotions have no refund value
  • Discounted prices reflect the refund amount, not the regular price

  • 5. Renewal Refunds


    5.1 Auto-Renewal Refunds

    If you forgot to cancel auto-renewal, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge, provided:

  • No services have been used
  • No changes have been made to the account
  • This is not a repeated occurrence

  • 5.2 Manual Renewals

    Manual renewal payments are generally non-refundable once processed. Please verify your intent before completing renewal payments.


    6. How to Request a Refund


    6.1 Submit a Request

  • Log into your account dashboard
  • Navigate to Support > Billing Support
  • Select "Refund Request" as the ticket type
  • Provide your order number and reason for refund

  • 6.2 Required Information

  • Account email address
  • Order/Invoice number
  • Service to be refunded
  • Reason for refund request (optional but helpful)

  • 6.3 Processing Time

  • Review: 1-2 business days
  • Approval notification: Via email
  • Refund processing: 5-10 business days after approval

  • 7. Cancellation vs. Refund


    7.1 Cancellation Without Refund

    You may cancel services at any time without a refund. Services will remain active until the end of the paid period.


    7.2 Immediate Cancellation

    If you request immediate cancellation with a valid refund request, all services will be terminated immediately upon refund approval.


    7.3 Data Retention

    After cancellation:

  • Data is retained for 7 days
  • After 7 days, data is permanently deleted
  • Request data export before cancellation if needed

  • 8. Disputes and Chargebacks


    8.1 Contact Us First

    Please contact our billing department before filing a dispute with your payment provider. We're committed to resolving issues fairly.


    8.2 Chargeback Policy

    Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us will result in:

  • Immediate account termination
  • Forfeiture of refund eligibility
  • Collection action for valid charges

  • 9. Exceptions


    9.1 Service Outages

    Extended service outages may qualify for service credits as outlined in our SLA, rather than refunds.


    9.2 Billing Errors

    Billing errors on our part will be corrected and refunded promptly, regardless of the normal refund policy.


    9.3 Special Circumstances

    We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds or credits outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances.
