We provide shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, and cloud hosting solutions. Service specifications, resources, and limitations are detailed in your selected plan.

3.2 Domain Registration Services

We act as a registrar or reseller for domain name registration. Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the respective domain registry (ICANN, country-code registries, etc.).

3.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that affect your service.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees and Billing

All fees are due in advance unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice for existing services.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

4.3 Auto-Renewal

Services are set to auto-renew by default. You may disable auto-renewal through your account control panel. Failure to renew may result in service suspension or termination.

4.4 Late Payments

Late payments may result in service suspension. A reactivation fee may apply to restore suspended services.

4.5 Taxes

Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases.

5. Domain Registration Terms

5.1 Registration Requirements

Domain registrations are subject to availability and registry requirements. Some domains require specific eligibility criteria.

5.2 WHOIS Information

You must provide accurate WHOIS contact information as required by ICANN and applicable registries. Providing false information may result in domain cancellation.

5.3 Domain Transfers

Domain transfers are subject to registry policies. Most domains require a 60-day waiting period after registration or transfer before another transfer.

5.4 Domain Disputes

Domain disputes are handled according to ICANN's Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP) or applicable registry policies.

5.5 Domain Expiration

Expired domains enter a grace period, then a redemption period, before being released. Additional fees apply for redemption.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of our Services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Data and Content

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload or store on our servers. You grant us a limited license to store, backup, and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

While we may perform backups, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss.

9. Limitation of Liability

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

9.3 Maximum Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11.3 Effect of Termination
