On the service detail page, record these important details:
- Server IP Address — for DNS configuration.

If you registered your domain separately or with another registrar:
- Go to Domains > click your domain.
- Update Nameservers to the ones shown in your hosting details.
- Wait for DNS propagation (usually 30 minutes to 24 hours).
Tip: If you ordered the domain and hosting together from {{COMPANY_NAME}}, the nameservers are configured automatically.
Step 4: Login to cPanel
Method 1: SSO from Client Portal (Recommended)
- On your service detail page, click Login to cPanel.
- You are logged in automatically.
Method 2: Direct cPanel URL
- Visit the cPanel URL from your welcome email (e.g., `
https://server.example.com:2083`). - Enter your cPanel username and password from the welcome email.
