Mozilla Thunderbird
- Add Mail Account > enter name, email, password

Windows Mail
- Settings > Manage Accounts > Add > Other Account
- Enter email, name, password
- If auto fails: Advanced > enter server details (993 incoming, 465 outgoing, SSL)
Troubleshooting
- "Authentication Failed" — Double-check credentials, try webmail first, reset password if unsure
- "Cannot Connect" — Verify server hostname, correct ports, SSL/TLS selected
- "Certificate Error" — SSL may be for server hostname, not your domain. Accept exception — connection is still encrypted.
- Not sending/receiving — Verify both incoming AND outgoing settings, enable SMTP authentication
- Going to spam — Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC in DNS. Test at mail-tester.com.
