How to Login to Webuzo Panel

Access your {{COMPANY_NAME}} Webuzo hosting control panel using one of the methods below. We recommend SSO for the easiest and most secure experience.

Single Sign-On lets you access Webuzo without entering separate credentials.

Steps

  1. Log in to your client portal at {{SUPPORT_URL}}
  2. Navigate to Services then My Services
  3. Click on your Webuzo hosting service
  4. Click the Login to Panel button
  5. You will be redirected to your Webuzo dashboard automatically

Tip: SSO is the safest login method because it does not transmit your Webuzo password. Your portal session is used to authenticate you.

Method 2: Direct URL Login

You can log in directly to Webuzo using the URL provided in your welcome email.

Steps

  1. Open your browser
  2. Navigate to your Webuzo panel URL (your server IP or domain on the Webuzo port, using HTTPS)
  3. Enter your username from the welcome email
  4. Enter your password
  5. Click Login

Finding Your Login URL

If you do not have your welcome email:

  1. Log in to your client portal at {{SUPPORT_URL}}
  2. Go to Services then My Services
  3. Click on your Webuzo service
  4. Your server details including the panel URL are displayed on the service page

Troubleshooting

SSO Not Working

  • Ensure your hosting service is in Active status
  • Clear your browser cache and try again
  • Try a different browser or incognito mode
  • Check that your browser allows redirects and pop-ups

Cannot Log In Directly

  • Double-check your username and password from the welcome email
  • Ensure you are using the correct URL and port
  • Reset your password via the client portal
  • Check if your IP has been blocked due to failed login attempts

Page Not Loading

  • Verify the server is reachable by pinging the server IP
  • Try accessing via the IP address instead of the domain
  • Check if your firewall or ISP is blocking the Webuzo port
  • Contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} if the server appears to be down

IP Blocked

After multiple failed login attempts, your IP may be temporarily blocked:

  1. Wait 15-30 minutes for the block to expire
  2. Or contact {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}} to have your IP unblocked

Once inside Webuzo, you can:

  • Install web applications with one click
  • Manage your domains and subdomains
  • Create and manage email accounts
  • Upload and manage files
  • Set up SSL certificates
  • View resource usage and statistics

Security Tips

  • Prefer SSO over direct login for better security
  • Use a strong, unique password for your Webuzo account
  • Log out when you are done, especially on shared devices
  • Keep your contact email updated in the client portal for password recovery
  • Enable any available two-factor authentication options
