Client Portal Access
Log in to your client portal to:
- View active services
- Check invoices
- Manage billing details
- Open support tickets
- Update profile information
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
- UPI
- Net Banking
- PayPal
- Bank Transfer
Invoice Management
Viewing Invoices
- Log into client portal
- Go to Billing → Invoices
- Download PDF or pay online
Auto-Pay
Set up automatic payments:
- Go to Billing → Payment Methods
- Add a card
- Enable auto-pay for hassle-free renewals
Renewal Process
- Renewal invoice generated 14 days before expiry
- Email reminders sent at 14, 7, 3, and 1 day
- Service suspended if unpaid after due date
- 7-day grace period before termination
Upgrading Your Plan
- Go to Services → Your Hosting
- Click "Upgrade/Downgrade"
- Select new plan
- Pay prorated difference
- Upgrade applied instantly
Cancellation
To cancel a service:
- Open a support ticket
- Or use cancellation request form
- Refunds per our refund policy
