Step 1: Visit the Website

Step 3: Set a Strong Password

Choose a password that:

  • Is at least 8 characters long
  • Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Includes numbers and special characters
  • Is not used on any other website

Tip: Use a password manager to generate and store a unique, strong password.

Step 4: Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for a verification email from {{COMPANY_NAME}}
  2. Click the verification link in the email
  3. If you do not see the email, check your spam/junk folder
  4. Click Resend on the registration page if needed

Step 5: Log In

  1. Go to {{SUPPORT_URL}}/client
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click Login
  4. You will see your Client Portal dashboard

Account Created During Checkout

If you place an order without an account, one is created automatically:

  1. Add a product to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout
  3. Select I am a new customer
  4. Fill in your details and complete the order
  5. Your account is created with the details provided
  6. Login credentials are emailed to you

Setting Up Your Profile

After creating your account:

  1. Go to Account Settings or My Profile
  2. Verify all contact information is correct
  3. Add a GST number if applicable (for tax invoices)
  4. Enable Two-Factor Authentication for security
  5. Set your notification preferences

Client Portal Overview

Your dashboard provides access to:

  • My Services — Active hosting, domains, and other products

Troubleshooting

Did Not Receive Verification Email

  • Check spam/junk folder

  • Click Resend Verification Email on the login page
  • Try registering with a different email address

Cannot Log In

  • Verify you are using the correct email address
  • Click Forgot Password to reset your password
  • Clear browser cache and cookies
  • Try incognito mode

Account Locked

  • After 5 failed login attempts, your account may be temporarily locked
  • Wait 15-30 minutes and try again
  • Contact support if the issue persists
