How to Navigate the Client Portal Dashboard

The {{COMPANY_NAME}} Client Portal is your central hub for managing all your services, domains, invoices, and support requests. This guide walks you through every section of the dashboard so you can find what you need quickly.

Accessing the Dashboard

  1. Go to {{SUPPORT_URL}}/client
  2. Log in with your registered email address and password
  3. You will land on the Dashboard — your home screen

Tip: Bookmark the dashboard URL for quick access. If you forget your password, click Forgot Password on the login page to receive a reset link via email.

Dashboard Overview

The dashboard gives you a snapshot of your entire account at a glance. Here is what you will find:

Services Summary

At the top of the dashboard, you will see a summary of your active services:

  • Active Services — The number of hosting plans, VPS, and other services currently running
  • Active Domains — The total number of domains registered or managed in your account
  • Pending Invoices — Any unpaid invoices that require your attention
  • Open Tickets — Support tickets that are awaiting a response

Quick Actions

The dashboard provides shortcut buttons for common tasks:

  • Order New Service — Browse and purchase hosting plans
  • Register Domain — Search for and register a new domain name
  • Pay Invoice — Jump directly to your unpaid invoices
  • Open Ticket — Create a new support request

Recent Activity

Below the summary, you will see a feed of recent account activity including:

  • Recent invoices generated or paid
  • Service status changes
  • Domain renewal reminders
  • Support ticket updates

The left sidebar (or top menu on mobile) contains links to all major sections:

Managing Your Profile

  1. Click on your name or avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select My Profile or Account Settings
  3. From here you can:

- Update your name, email, and phone number

- Change your password

- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security

- View your login history

Tip: We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Troubleshooting

  • Dashboard not loading? Clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Ensure JavaScript is enabled.
  • Incorrect service count? Services may take a few minutes to reflect after a new order. Refresh the page.
  • Cannot find a service? Use the search bar at the top of the Services page to filter by name or domain.
