How to Transfer a Domain to Us
Transfer your domain from another registrar to manage everything in one place.
Before You Start
- Domain must be 60+ days old (ICANN rule)
- Unlock the domain at your current registrar
- Get the EPP/Auth code from your current registrar
- Disable WHOIS privacy temporarily (some registrars require this)
- Ensure admin email is accessible — you will receive a verification email
Transfer Process
- Go to Domain Transfer in your dashboard
- Enter your domain name
- Enter the EPP/Auth code
- Complete payment (transfer extends your domain by 1 year)
- Approve the transfer via the verification email
- Wait for the transfer to complete (5-7 days for most TLDs)

- eKYC verification is required after transfer
- You have 7 days to complete eKYC
- NIXI/NIXI RAA compliance rules apply

After Transfer
- Update nameservers if needed

Troubleshooting
- Transfer rejected: Check that domain is unlocked and EPP code is correct
- No verification email: Check spam folder or update admin email at current registrar
- Transfer stuck: Contact support with your domain name and order ID
