How to Transfer Your Domain to Us

Moving your domain to our platform is easy and usually extends your registration by one year.

Before You Start

1. Domain must be at least 60 days old
2. Domain must not be within 60 days of expiration
3. Domain must be unlocked at current registrar
4. You need the EPP/Auth code from current registrar

Transfer Steps

Step 1: Unlock Your Domain

Log into your current registrar and disable domain lock/protection.

Step 2: Get Authorization Code

Request the EPP code (also called Auth code or Transfer key) from your current registrar.

Step 3: Initiate Transfer

1. Go to Domain Transfer on our website
2. Enter your domain name
3. Enter the EPP/Auth code
4. Complete payment

Step 4: Approve Transfer

• You'll receive an email to approve the transfer
• Click the approval link within 5 days
• Transfer typically completes in 5-7 days

Important Notes

• Transfer adds 1 year to your domain registration
• DNS settings may need reconfiguration after transfer
• Email will continue working during transfer
