Troubleshooting
- UPI request not received? Ensure your UPI app is updated and your UPI ID is correct. Try scanning the QR code instead.
- Net banking page not loading? Your bank's server may be temporarily unavailable. Try again in a few minutes or use a different payment method.
- Card declined? Check that your card details are correct, your card is enabled for online transactions, and you have sufficient credit/balance. Contact your bank if the issue persists.
- OTP not received? Wait 60 seconds and click Resend OTP. Ensure your mobile number is updated with your bank.
- Transaction failed but amount deducted? Do not retry. The amount will be auto-refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days. Contact support if you need urgent assistance.
