eKYC Requirement

DNS and Nameserver Setup

After registration, configure your nameservers:

1. Go to Domains > My Domains > click your .in domain
2. Select the Nameservers tab
3. Either use {{COMPANY_NAME}}s default nameservers or enter custom ones
4. Click Save Changes

Tip: If you are using {{COMPANY_NAME}} hosting, select the default nameservers for automatic DNS configuration.

Troubleshooting

• Domain not resolving after registration: DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours. Verify nameservers are correctly set.
• Registration rejected: Ensure all contact details are valid. For .ind.in, verify you meet the Indian individual requirement.
• eKYC pending: Complete the identity verification process from your portal to activate the domain.
• Cannot transfer .in domain: Ensure the domain is at least 60 days old and not in locked status.
