Create professional email addresses using your domain name.

Creating an Email Account

1. Log into cPanel
2. Go to Email → Email Accounts
3. Click "Create" button
4. Enter:

- Username (e.g., info, support, contact)

- Password (use a strong password)

- Storage quota

Accessing Your Email

Webmail

Access email from any browser:

• Go to yourdomain.com/webmail
• Or use webmail.yourdomain.com
• Choose Roundcube, Horde, or SquirrelMail

Email Client Setup

Configure Outlook, Thunderbird, or mobile apps:

Incoming (IMAP):

• Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Port: 993 (SSL) or 143 (TLS)

Incoming (POP3):

• Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Port: 995 (SSL) or 110

Outgoing (SMTP):

• Server: mail.yourdomain.com
• Port: 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS)

Best Practices

• Use IMAP to sync across devices
• Enable SSL/TLS for security
• Set up SPF and DKIM records for deliverability
• Regularly check spam folder settings
