Setting Up Google Workspace Email
Use your domain with Google Workspace (Gmail for business).
Step 1: Sign Up for Google Workspace
Visit workspace.google.com and sign up with your domain.
Step 2: Update MX Records
Remove existing MX records and add Google MX records:

Step 3: Add Verification TXT Record
Google will give you a TXT record to verify domain ownership. Add it to your DNS.
Step 4: Update SPF
Change your SPF record to:

Step 5: Enable DKIM
- In Google Admin console → Apps → Gmail → Authenticate email
- Generate DKIM record
- Add the TXT record to your DNS
Where to Make DNS Changes
- If using our nameservers: Edit in your hosting control panel
- If using Cloudflare: Edit in Cloudflare DNS dashboard
- If using our domain management: Edit in the domain DNS settings
Important Notes
- MX changes may take up to 48 hours to propagate
- Email sent to your domain during propagation may bounce
- Remove old MX records to avoid conflicts
- Google Workspace billing is separate from your hosting
