How to Add or Change Your Payment Method

Available Payment Methods

{{COMPANY_NAME}} supports the following payment methods through Razorpay:

How Payments Work

{{COMPANY_NAME}} uses a pay-per-invoice model:

  1. An invoice is generated (PI-XXXX).
  2. You click Pay Now on the invoice.
  3. Select your preferred payment method on Razorpay.
  4. Complete the payment.

Tip: You choose your payment method at the time of each payment. There is no stored payment method or automatic charging.

Paying an Invoice

  1. Log in at {{SUPPORT_URL}}.
  2. Go to Invoices.
  3. Click an unpaid invoice.
  4. Click Pay Now.
  5. On the Razorpay screen, select your preferred method.
  6. Complete payment.

Auto-Pay / Recurring Payments

Currently, {{COMPANY_NAME}} does not automatically charge saved cards or bank accounts. Each invoice requires manual payment.

Tips for Timely Payments

  • Enable email notifications to receive invoice alerts.
  • Pay invoices as soon as you receive the email.
  • Set calendar reminders for renewal dates.
  • Check the portal regularly for pending invoices.

Tip: Most services generate renewal invoices 14-30 days before the due date, giving you plenty of time to pay.

Troubleshooting

Payment Method Not Available

  • Razorpay availability depends on your bank and region.
  • Try an alternative method (e.g., UPI instead of net banking).
  • Contact your bank if a specific method is failing.

UPI Payment Not Going Through

  • Ensure your UPI app is updated.
  • Check UPI daily limits with your bank.
  • Try a different UPI app.
