Understanding Your Services Overview
The Services page in your {{COMPANY_NAME}} Client Portal shows every product you have purchased — hosting plans, domain add-ons, SSL certificates, and more. This guide explains what each status means and how to view details for any service.
Accessing Your Services
- Log in to the Client Portal at {{SUPPORT_URL}}/client
- Click Services in the main navigation menu
- You will see a list of all your services with their current status
Service Statuses Explained
Each service displays a colored status badge. Here is what they mean:
Active
Your service is live and functioning normally. All features are available and your hosting account, domain, or other product is fully operational.
Pending
The service has been ordered but is not yet provisioned. This typically means:
- Payment has not yet been confirmed, or
- The service is being set up by our systems (usually takes 1-5 minutes for hosting, up to 24 hours for domains)
Tip: If a service stays in Pending status for more than 30 minutes (for hosting) or 24 hours (for domains), please open a support ticket.
Suspended
Your service has been temporarily disabled. Common reasons include:
- Overdue invoice — Payment was not received by the due date
- Terms of Service violation — Resource abuse, spam, or prohibited content
- Administrative action — A manual suspension by our team (you will receive an email with details)
To reactivate a suspended service:
- Check your Invoices page for any unpaid invoices
- Pay the outstanding amount
- The service will automatically reactivate within 15 minutes of payment confirmation
- If it does not reactivate, open a support ticket
Cancelled
The service has been terminated. Data may or may not be recoverable depending on how long ago the cancellation occurred. Contact support immediately if this was unintentional.
Expired
Applies mainly to domains. The domain registration period has ended and the domain was not renewed. Depending on the TLD, there may be a grace period to renew before the domain is released.
Viewing Service Details
- Click on any service name or the View Details button
- The detail page shows:
- Product/Plan Name — The hosting plan or product type
- Domain — The domain associated with the service
- Billing Cycle — Monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.
- Next Due Date — When the next renewal payment is due
- Server Information — For hosting services, the server name and IP address
- Quick Actions — SSO login to control panel, upgrade/downgrade options
Filtering and Searching
- Use the status filter to show only Active, Pending, or Suspended services
- Use the search bar to find services by domain name or product name
- Services are sorted by creation date by default, with newest first
Troubleshooting
- Service shows Active but website is down? This means your account is active but there may be a configuration issue. Check your DNS settings and contact support if needed.
- Service stuck in Pending? Verify your payment was processed under Invoices. If the invoice is paid but the service is still pending, contact support.
- Accidentally cancelled a service? Contact support as soon as possible. We may be able to restore it depending on the circumstances.
