How to Order a Hosting Plan

A hosting plan provides the server space and resources needed to make your website accessible on the internet. This guide walks you through selecting and ordering the right hosting plan from {{COMPANY_NAME}}.

  2. Click Order New Service or navigate to the hosting plans page
  3. You will see available hosting categories:

Step 2: Select a Plan

Compare the available plans based on:

  • Disk Space — Storage for your website files, emails, and databases
  • Bandwidth — Monthly data transfer allowance
  • Websites/Domains — Number of websites you can host on the plan
  • Email Accounts — How many email addresses you can create
  • Databases — Number of MySQL databases allowed

If you register a new domain, it will be added to your cart alongside the hosting plan.

Step 5: Review Add-Ons

Depending on the plan, you may be offered optional add-ons:

  • Dedicated IP Address — A unique IP for your hosting account
  • SSL Certificate — For sites needing extended validation (basic SSL is usually free)
  • Extra Backup Storage — Additional backup retention

Step 6: Proceed to Checkout

  1. Review your cart — verify the plan, billing cycle, and domain
  2. Apply a coupon code if available
  3. Confirm your contact details
  4. Select your preferred payment method
  5. Complete the payment

After Your Order

  1. Your hosting account will be provisioned automatically within 1-5 minutes
  2. You will receive a welcome email with:

- Control panel login URL

- Server IP address and nameservers

- FTP credentials

  1. If you ordered a domain with hosting, nameservers will be configured automatically
  2. Log in to your control panel via SSO from the Client Portal

Troubleshooting

  • Hosting still Pending after payment? Most accounts are set up within 5 minutes. If it has been longer than 30 minutes, contact support.
  • Cannot access control panel? Try the SSO login from the Client Portal instead of direct login.
  • Website not loading on new hosting? Ensure your domain's nameservers point to your {{COMPANY_NAME}} hosting nameservers. DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours.
